- Speech of his Excellency, Secretary General of the United Nations Agency.
- Speech of his Excellency, High Commissioner for Human Rights, by the regional representative in the Arab countries, Dr. Amin Madani.
- Speech of Mr. Ahmed Ben Bella, president of North-South Global Organization.
- Speech of his Excellency, Ambassador of the European Commissioner, Mr. Patrick Renault.
- Testimony about torture.
- Speech of the Secretary General of the IRCT, Dr. Jens Modvig.

in collaboration with
human, social and cultural institutions. The forum continues
for a period of week. Dr.
Jens Modvig, Secertary, will open the forum General of the IRCT.
